First off, we are thrilled you are looking into renting one or more of our rooms! Second, there are some legal things to go over. The security deposit and total rent are due when you book an event unless previous arrangements have been made. Security deposits are fully refundable if no damage occurs to the facilities and/or equipment. The security deposit may be retained in part or whole for damages. You, the lessee, may be held responsible for additional charges for damages exceeding the original deposit. All refundable security deposits will be returned via US Mail within 21 days of the event. Security Deposits range from $50 to $200 based on the room rented.

Rental Rates

Memorial Hall

  • Security Deposit: $150 ($250 if alcohol is served)
  • Rental Sunday – Thursday: $575 ($450 for non-profits)
  • Rental Friday & Saturday: $675 ($450 for non-profits)
  • 4 Hour rentals Monday – Thursday $400 ($350 for non-profits)
  • Groups over 175 guests may require a maintenance fee ($30, paid to custodian)

Highlander Room Gymnasium

  • Security Deposit: $100 ($200 if alcohol is served)
  • Rental Sunday – Thursday: $400 ($300 for non-profits)
  • Rental Friday – Saturday: $500 ($300 for non-profits)
  • $50 fee for event needing tables/chairs set up for over 200 guests
  • Optional: Full Kitchen Rental for $50
  • Note: More than 150 guests requires full rental
  • $50 per hour (Up to 4 Hrs, min. 2 Hrs)
    • Over 150 guests is full rental price, may require custodian for entire event + 1 hr at $15/hour
    • Security may be required if alcohol is served, $25 per hour
    • If stage is used, waiver must be signed

Fireside Room

  • Security Deposit: $50-$100
  • Room Rental: $135

Gazebo Room

  • Security Deposit: $50-$100
  • Room Rental: $100

Meeting Room 19

  • Security Deposit: $50-$100
  • Room Rental: $90

Meeting Room 16

  • Security Deposit: $50-$100
  • Room Rental: $75

Meeting Room 20

  • Security Deposit: $50-$100
  • Room Rental: $70

Small Room rentals with over 100 guests may require a custodian for 2 hours ($30, paid to custodian)

Kitchen

  • Security Deposit: $25
  • 4 Hour Rental: $75
  • Up to 8 Hours rental: $100
Rates are subject to change without notice.

A few more things: Alcoholic beverages are only allowed in Memorial Hall and the Highlander Room. Use of alcoholic beverages in any other room in Millcreek Civic Center is strictly forbidden. Should you need to cancel your event you will be reimbursed your rental deposit pro-rated. The security deposit is non-refundable.

  • 90 days or more in advance: Full Refund of rental deposit
  • 89 to 31 days: 50% refund of rental deposit
  • 30 days or less: No refund
